DanceBody offers dance cardio and sculpt classes that deliver real results. This unique dance workout was created by a team of talented individuals who are passionate about dancing to great music. Founded in 2013, DanceBody started in New York City in response to the growing demand for effective, fun, challenging, and community-oriented dance fitness classes.

With DanceBody LIVE, you have the convenience of streaming multiple live classes daily. Alternatively, you can choose to work out on demand at your own schedule, with access to hundreds of dance cardio and sculpt classes of varying lengths and difficulty levels. No equipment is required to get started, but you can find everything you need to enhance your workouts at the DanceBody Shop.

The DanceBody app integrates with Apple Health Kit, allowing you to monitor your heart rate in real time during workouts. This feature enables you to track the intensity of your workout and earn sweat points on the leaderboard. To access all features and content, you can subscribe to DanceBody LIVE on a monthly or yearly basis using the in-app auto-renewing subscription*. Pricing may vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase within the app. In-app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each cycle.

*All payments are processed through your iTunes/Google Account and can be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Cancelling the subscription requires disabling auto-renewal.
